Art for Bears

Have you ever wondered how you could make a difference for wild bears?

mary-with-bear-sketchMeet Mary Gartlan.  Mary is an artist who wondered the same thing.  Then, she had an idea. Mary decided to create paintings of black bears and when she sells them, she will donate the proceeds to Bear Trust’s conservation programs.  Thank you, Mary!  You are a shining example of how each one of us can make a difference for bears everywhere!

Here’s a picture of Mary with her sketch of one of her black bear oil paintings.  We’re going to follow Mary’s progress on this painting and we’ll share updates with you.
